We get it - plans change. You can cancel up to 72 hours before check-in for a full refund. Within that window, we'll need to charge for one night. Peak season (December-February) requires 7 days notice. Life happens though, so if there's an emergency, just reach out and we'll work something out.

Absolutely! We're pretty dog-friendly here. There's a $50 per night pet fee, and we've got designated pet-friendly suites. Your pup will love the trails around here. Just let us know when booking so we can set you up in the right room and have some treats waiting.

We're about 15 minutes from Whistler Blackcomb by our complimentary shuttle. It runs every 30 minutes during ski season, starting at 7am. Some folks actually prefer being a bit away from the village chaos - you get the best of both worlds without the noise.

Nah, not really. We've got shuttles to the village and ski hills, plus we can arrange pretty much any activity pickup you'd need. That said, having a car gives you freedom to explore the Sea-to-Sky highway on your own time, which is gorgeous. Either way works.

You get WiFi, parking, gym access, and our daily breakfast buffet - which is honestly pretty amazing. Continental plus hot items, local stuff. The shuttle service is included too. Spa treatments, guided tours, and dining are separate, but we've got packages that bundle things together if you're interested.

For sure. We've got connecting rooms, kids menus, and our concierge can hook you up with babysitting services. There's tons of family-friendly hiking nearby, and in winter the sledding hill is a huge hit. We're luxury, yeah, but not the stuffy kind where kids feel out of place.

That's literally what our adventure concierge lives for. Seriously, tell them what you're into and they'll sort you out. Helicopter tours, backcountry skiing, zip-lining, fishing, whatever. They know all the local guides and can book everything before you even arrive.

Depends what you're after. Winter (Dec-Mar) is peak ski season - busy but magical. Summer (Jun-Sep) is perfect for hiking and mountain biking, plus way less crowded. Spring and fall are actually our favorite though - better rates, fewer people, and the scenery's unreal. Can't really go wrong any time honestly.
